About the President
Tamara S. Leuschen is a member of the National Resume Writer’s Association (NRWA) and has been coaching local job seekers for over ten years. She is a Richmond native and graduated from The University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Marketing. After college, she worked in customer service with ChemTreat, Inc., and later became the HR & Contracts Manager at CCA Financial, LLC. As a Corporate Recruiter for MetLife Financial Services, she staffed offices in Virginia and Florida. Tamara launched Carmel Recruiting, LLC in 2005 and focused on local sales and administrative staffing. She has had the unique opportunity to contract with Right Management and provide corporate outplacement services to many of Richmond’s Fortune 500 clients. She has coached and advised 1,000+ job seekers on résumés, Linked IN, and interviewing. Tamara is married and enjoys tennis, boating, and family time.
